1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of GlobeTalk.online and all online courses, services, and materials offered through this website.
By accessing the website or enrolling in any course, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services Provided
GlobeTalk.online offers:
Live online language courses
Private tutoring sessions
Digital learning materials
Course certificates (where applicable)
Access to virtual classrooms via Zoom
Course structures, schedules, and requirements are described on each course page.
3. User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
Provide accurate personal information
Use the platform respectfully and legally
Not share course materials or recordings without permission
Maintain confidentiality of access credentials
4. Payments & Billing
Payments are processed securely through Stripe/PayPal.
As a sole proprietor under the Italian Regime Forfettario, GlobeTalk.online does not apply VAT according to Article 1, paragraphs 54–89, Law 190/2014.
All prices shown on the website are VAT-exempt.
Invoices will include the mandatory note “Operazione in franchigia da IVA – Regime forfetario (art. 1, commi 54–89, L. 190/2014)”.
Access to courses is granted only after payment has been successfully completed.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Unless otherwise stated on the course page:
Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if the course has not yet been used, in accordance with EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU).
Once a live lesson has taken place or course materials have been accessed, refunds may not be available.
6. Intellectual Property
All course materials, videos, texts, and resources are the exclusive property of GlobeTalk.online and cannot be reproduced, shared, or sold without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
GlobeTalk.online is not responsible for:
Technical issues caused by third-party platforms (Zoom, hosting)
Internet connection problems on the user’s side
Incorrect information provided by the user
Damages arising from misuse of the platform
We provide educational services “as is” and strive for the highest quality.
8. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:
Misuse of the service
Harassment or inappropriate behaviour
Violation of these Terms
9. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by:
Italian law
EU regulations (including GDPR and consumer protection rules)
Any dispute will be resolved in the jurisdiction of Italy.
